Duration: 6-9 months (option for extension) Travel: Remote Role Description: is looking for an experienced ADT Analyst to support build, configuration, and optimization of Epic's ADT (Admission, Discharge, Transfer) module for our healthcare clients — from design through go-live and post-live support. What You'll Do Design, build, and test ADT workflows, including patient registration, bed management, census, and transfer/discharge processes Partner with registration, bed management, and nursing stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Epic build Support system testing, validation, and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle Provide go-live and at-the-elbow support, troubleshooting patient movement and registration workflow issues in real time Maintain build documentation and adhere to client change control processes Benefits and Compensation Competitive Hourly Rate MANY Bonus Opportunities Comprehensive 401K retirement savings plan Full insurance coverage (Medical, Dental, Vision) Sick Time Access to a Community of HIT experts HDM Swag Required Experience 2+ years of experience building and supporting Epic ADT Epic ADT certification (current or eligible for recertification) Experience with patient registration, bed planning, and census/transfer workflows Strong communication skills for working with registration, bed management, and clinical staff Preferred Experience Additional Epic certifications (Cadence, Prelude, Grand Central, etc.) Prior healthcare registration or bed management background Experience with multiple go-lives or multi-site rollouts *Health Data Movers does not offer visa sponsorship for this role.
