<strong>Business Development Manager – Graphics & Exhibits<br><br></strong><strong>Company:</strong> Exploring Graphics<br><br><strong>Location:</strong> Las Vegas, NV<br><br><strong>Department:</strong> Sales & Client Experience<br><br><strong>Reports To:</strong> VP of Sales<br><br><strong>FLSA Status:</strong> Exempt<br><br><strong>Position Summary<br><br></strong>Exploring Graphics is seeking a highly connected, results-driven Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth and expand our presence within the trade show, exhibit, experiential marketing, and large-format graphics industries in Las Vegas and surrounding markets.<br><br>This role is designed for a proven sales professional with established industry relationships and an active book of business within the graphics, exhibits, conventions, events, hospitality, or experiential sectors. The ideal candidate understands the fast-paced demands of the Las Vegas convention and tradeshow market and has a demonstrated ability to secure and grow high-value client accounts.<br><br>The Senior Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and bringing new business to Exploring Graphics while positioning the company as a premier provider of custom graphics, branding solutions, and exhibit support services.<br><br><strong>What Success Looks Like<br><br></strong><ul><li>Consistently generates new revenue and qualified develop, and secure new business opportunities</li><li>Leverage existing relationships and industry contacts to drive immediate sales opportunities</li><li>Develop strategic partnerships within the trade show, convention, hospitality, and experiential industries</li><li>Generate revenue through outbound sales efforts, networking, referrals, and client development</li><li>Identify opportunities for large-format graphics, exhibit branding, event signage, and custom graphic solutions</li><li>Maintain and grow a healthy pipeline of qualified prospects and active profitability<br><br></li></ul><strong>Required Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>Minimum 5+ years of business development or sales experience within:</li><ul><li>Large-format graphics</li><li>Trade shows and exhibits</li><li>Experiential marketing</li><li>Convention services</li><li>Event production</li><li>Hospitality branding environments</li></ul><li>Established book of business and industry relationships within the Las Vegas market</li><li>Proven history of generating revenue and securing new accounts</li><li>Strong understanding of graphics production processes, materials, timelines, and client expectations</li><li>Experience working with exhibit houses, agencies, convention clients, or experiential brands</li><li>Ability to develop and close high-value
