Responsibilities: - Develops comprehensive launch preparedness and internal readiness for new digital capabilities, including stakeholder alignment, communications, and enablement planning. - Defines and executes adoption plans that drive awareness, understanding, and effective utilization across target user groups. - Develops and maintains training resources, job aids, and enablement materials (e.g., guides, playbooks, toolkits) that support user success. - Coordinates and delivers training sessions and on-going enablement efforts to drive digital fluency and confidence. - Designs and manages structured feedback mechanisms (e.g., surveys, post-engagement reviews, stakeholder interviews) to capture user input across engagements and digital capabilities. - Identifies recurring themes, friction points, and satisfaction drivers impacting adoption and experience, and translates insights into actionable recommendations that inform product enhancements, process improvements, and adoption strategies. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Information Technology, Organizational Change Management, Communications, Education, or a related field. - 5+ years of experience in digital adoption, change management, training and enablement, user adoption, or related business transformation roles. - Experience developing and executing adoption and readiness strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and effective use of digital solutions. - Proven ability to create and deliver training programs, user guides, job aids, and enablement materials for diverse audiences. - Experience partnering with product, technology, and business teams to support the successful rollout and adoption of digital capabilities. - Strong understanding of user adoption and change management principles, including stakeholder impact assessments, readiness assessments, and user journey mapping. - Experience collecting and analyzing user feedback and adoption data to identify trends, improve user experiences, and influence product or process enhancements. - Experience defining and tracking adoption metrics, including awareness, utilization, proficiency, satisfaction, and training effectiveness. - Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable guidance for nontechnical audiences.
