Job Summary We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in a remote capacity. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing an excellent customer experience by quickly and accurately identifying and accessing individual customer needs and taking appropriate action steps to satisfy those needs. You'll be working with customers to resolve their inquiries and issues related to our UHC Rewards Program, activity trackers, and the UHC App and MyUHC.com website. Responsibilities As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for * Providing an excellent customer experience by quickly and accurately identifying and accessing individual customer needs and taking appropriate action steps to satisfy those needs * Handling incoming calls on the UHC Rewards Program * Identifying and communicating technical troubleshooting steps for activity trackers and the UHC App and MyUHC.com website * Answering questions on program earnings and points * Educating customers about program benefits and changes * Responding to customers in a compassionate, polite, and courteous manner, especially in stressful situations when there is a need to communicate information that the customer may not want to hear * Assisting customers in navigating unitedhealthcaremotion.com and other activity tracker apps * Consistently meeting established productivity, schedule adherence, and quality standards Requirements To be successful in this role, you'll need * High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience * Must be 18 years of age or older * Minimum of 2+ years of combined education, work, and/or volunteer experience * Ability to work our normal business hours of 655am – 325pm CST.
