About the Role

Our client, a forward-thinking digital product studio, is seeking a talented Junior UX/UI Designer to enhance their product development team. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and senior designers to craft user-centered designs for web and mobile applications. Key Responsibilities Design intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications based on user research and business requirements. Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas. Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, throughout the design process. Translate complex user flows into simple and elegant design solutions. Maintain and contribute to design systems and style guides. Stay abreast of the latest UX/UI design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders and team members. Ensure design consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all products. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative design ideas. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field. A strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI design projects, including wireframes, mockups, and prototypes. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. Understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies. Excellent visual design skills, including layout, typography, and color theory. Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills. Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, balancing remote and in-office tasks. Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
