Night baker/cook

We are looking for a motivated Night Baker / Cook to join our artisan production team. This role involves preparing and baking a variety of products, including quiches, tarts, viennoiseries, and breads, as well as packing customer orders. No prior experience is required — full training will be provided. We are seeking someone reliable, hardworking, and eager to learn.. . Key Responsibilities. - Prepare and bake a variety of items, including:. - Quiches and savoury tarts. - Sweet tarts and pastries. - Viennoiseries (croissants, pains au chocolat, etc.). - Artisan breads. - Follow recipes accurately to maintain consistent quality. - Measure and mix ingredients correctly. - Operate commercial baking equipment (full training provided). - Monitor baking processes and adjust timing as needed. - Pack delivery orders. - Maintain strict food hygiene and safety standards. - Clean and maintain all work areas, tools, and equipment. . Experience & Requirements. - No previous experience required — full training provided. - Strong interest in baking or food production. - Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. - Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working night shifts. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Strong time-management and organisational skills. . Skills (Preferred but Not Required). - Basic understanding of food handling or kitchen practices. - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. .
