A day in the life:

As a contract Recruiter at Power Digital, you will plug directly into an active, high-volume recruiting pipeline and own full-cycle recruiting across a set of assigned roles. This is an execution-focused engagement built for someone who ramps fast, operates independently, and genuinely cares about moving candidates through a process with speed and care. You will work closely with the TA team and hiring managers to keep momentum on open requisitions while delivering a candidate experience that reflects who we are.

Responsibilities:

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer support
  • Manage candidate progress in Greenhouse, ensuring accurate records, timely updates, and clean pipeline hygiene at all times
  • Partner with hiring managers on role requirements, candidate profiles, and feedback to keep searches moving efficiently
  • Proactively source and engage passive talent through LinkedIn Recruiter with a focus on building diverse, high-quality pipelines
  • Ensure every candidate moves through the process with clarity, speed, and a positive experience from first touch to close
  • Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize your recruiting workflows and day-to-day processes
  • Utilize and leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem as it relates to the Talent Acquisition function

Role Requirements:

  • 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, agency or in-house
  • Hands-on experience with an ATS, Greenhouse strongly preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously without losing detail or momentum
  • Strong communicator who can build trust quickly with candidates and hiring managers alike
  • Comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Genuine commitment to inclusive hiring practices and diverse sourcing
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and AI-assisted recruiting tools

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Monthly Hiring Targets: Achieve monthly hiring targets across several departments, with a minimum requirement of 5 hires per month, adjusting as per company needs and budget.
  • Time-to-Fill Efficiency: Maintain a maximum time-to-fill of 45 days for critical roles.

  • Brand Ambassador: Act as a brand ambassador for Power Digital, promoting our culture and values to potential candidates
  • Trusted Advisor: Be a trusted advisor and consultant for hiring managers regarding talent acquisition best practices, ideal candidate profiles, and cultural differences in the vetting and interview process
  • Efficient Candidate Experience: Ensure candidates progress smoothly and rapidly through the recruitment process, enhancing their experience
  • Effective Greenhouse Usage: Properly manage candidate data and assist hiring managers in navigating Greenhouse systems for streamlined recruitment operations
  • Diverse Talent Networks: Actively contribute to building diverse talent networks to enhance the organization's commitment to diversity and inclusion
