ROLE OVERVIEW As a Senior Supply Chain Logistics Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of e-commerce packages. You will report directly to the Director of Supply Chain Operations and will be responsible for coordinating with cross-functional teams to optimize logistics processes, manage inventory, and improve customer satisfaction. Your work will have a direct impact on the success of our e-commerce business and will help us to continue our leadership in the logistics industry. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES . Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs associated with e-commerce package delivery. . Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, customer service, and sales, to ensure seamless execution of e-commerce logistics. . Analyze and optimize inventory levels, transportation routes, and warehouse operations to minimize delays and maximize delivery accuracy. . Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, carriers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of packages. . Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership on logistics process improvements and cost savings opportunities. . Manage and analyze data related to e-commerce package delivery, including metrics such as on-time delivery rates, delivery times, and customer satisfaction. . Develop and implement training programs to educate employees on e-commerce logistics best practices and procedures. . Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, such as advancements in automation, artificial intelligence, and data analytics, and apply relevant insights to improve logistics operations. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS . 5+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field. . Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field. . Advanced knowledge of logistics software and systems, including transportation management systems (TMS) and warehouse management systems (WMS). . Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. . Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with employees, customers, and suppliers. . Strong collaboration and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. . Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS . Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field. . Certification in Supply Chain Management or Logistics, such as the Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or the Certified Logistics Professional (CLP) designation. . Experience with automation and robotics technologies, such as robotic process automation (RPA) or warehouse automation. . Fluency in a second language, such as Spanish, Chinese, or French. .
