JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for the project management, implementation, integration, automation, and maintenance of company applications, decision support/reporting applications, and/or ERP systems. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to understand and manage multiple software packages to support the company's operations. The analyst provides guidance related to the redesign of business processes and workflows, understands, and documents the company’s direction, develops training, and provides end user support.Responsible for understanding, upholding, and promoting the Everus 4EVER Strategy.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Spectrum Application Support Analyst II- Knowledge of technical concepts at a level normally acquired through the completion of a four-year degree in computer science, information systems or related field; and
- Two years’ experience in a business analyst, data analyst or similar analytical role.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborates directly with end-users and internal teams to formally gather and document business solution requirements, understand data needs, and provide analytical support for decision-making.
