We are looking for a 2nd-Level Solution-Engineer who's ready to take ownership from day one. You should thrive under pressure, work autonomously, and have a hands-on attitude. Think like an athlete: disciplined, self-motivated, and pushing through when it gets tough.

Aufgaben
  • Deliver solutions for key accounting so our clients thrive and prosper.
  • Own onboarding, support, product tickets - the full lifecycle.
  • Directly solve client issues without waiting for others to jump in.
  • You’re working for our key accounting: Which are the strategic partners who help clients get the most out of Chatarmin to drive real, measurable success in their business.
  • Get your hands dirty in operations and feedback loops to improve the product.
Qualifikation
  • You have a good understanding of how API calls and webhooks work and can read and understand JSON and API documentation. In addition, you have practical experience in how to prompt LLMs correctly.
  • You enjoy engaging directly with customers and take pride in resolving issues efficiently.
  • High stress resistance: You don't panic when things go sideways.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills handling 10 projects at the same time is not a problem but sparking your curiosity and ambition.
  • Self-managed, disciplined, proactive.
  • Genuine interest in tech, startups, and building something meaningful.
  • Preferably living in Vienna. Europe is a must.
  • Fluency in both German and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
