This role involves designing, standardizing, and optimizing the end-to-end global process across multiple regions and countries.</p><p>As the strategic owner, you will drive transformation, governance, and process excellence in partnership with Sales, Finance, Tax, Treasury, Legal, and Technology teams. The goal is to ensure a best-in-class operation that is efficient, compliant, and scalable. Order-to-Cash operations experience within the Services industry preferred.</li><li><strong>Technical Expertise:</strong> Deep knowledge of the end-to-end I2C process (billing, collections, credit, cash application, and dispute management).</li><li><strong>Systems:</strong> Strong understanding of ERP and automation platforms (e.g., Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft, HighRadius, or similar).
